is unique in that it does not charge an hourly labor rate or inflated material costs as many other plumbing companies
routinely do. Instead, all charges are pre-priced prior to any work being done and are guaranteed to fall within
10% of the original estimate. This gives our customers an upfront cost with no hidden surprises. Magna Plumbing
also guarantees materials and labor in writing to the customer prior to performing any work. Often these guarantees,
particularly in the case of gas lines, may be covered by a lifetime warrantee.
